He signed with FNC at the beginning of the year, but Alexander Soldatkin (32, 15-5) didn’t make his debut in the cage of the strongest MMA organization in Southeast Europe. Instead, he headed to Japan and RIZIN, where he is competing in the heavyweight tournament as an FNC representative.
In the quarterfinals, he earned a unanimous decision victory over Prince Aounallah (20-13), the representative and heavyweight champion of Hexagone. With this win, he has advanced to the tournament semifinals, which are expected to take place in about a month.
