Even before the event began, it was clear that Arena Zagreb was in for something special, but FNC 33 powered by Supersport exceeded all expectations. In front of 18,000 fans, Fight Nation Championship delivered the biggest night in the organization’s history, with 10 top-level fights and action that kept the sold-out Arena on its feet until the very end.
As the night went on, the atmosphere in the stands only grew louder, reaching its peak in the final fight of the evening. Hatef Moeil and Darko 'Hammer' Stošić battled for the heavyweight throne over five grueling rounds, and after 25 minutes of war, the belt changed hands. Stošić claimed the victory and became the new FNC heavyweight champion in front of a sold-out Arena Zagreb! That fight earned the Supersport Fight of the Night award, while Đani Barbir took home the Knockout of the Night award for his finish against Piotr Strus.
