That fight was already scheduled last year in Pula, but bantamweight champion Darko Banović (33, 20-9) had to withdraw from the Ahilej FNC 23 Powered by Meridianbet event due to injury. Since this wasn’t the first time he had pulled out of a fight against Miljan Zdravković (26, 8-0), he decided to vacate the title. However, the Serbian fighter won’t be left without an opponent - he’ll now face Georgian fighter Bondo Kikadze (35, 8-3-1) for the vacant belt.

After a win in the PFL cage, the Georgian fighter with vast experience in China is coming to FNC. He has six wins and two losses in Wu Lin Feng, and has never lost by judges’ decision.
