A great Serbian MMA prospect will face an undefeated Austrian talent in Banja Luka

One of these two great talents will emerge from this fight with the first loss of their career

MMA fans have long awaited his professional debut, and one of Serbia's top talents, Veljko Aleksić (22, 1-0), made a victorious debut in the cage of the leading MMA promotion in Southeast Europe at FNC 16 in Medulin. With his debut behind him, Aleksić faces a significant challenge at FNC 18 in Banja Luka against the undefeated Austrian talent Antonio Budimir (22, 2-0).

The fighter from Belgrade's Fight Company showcased his immense talent and earned numerous accolades following his first victory. Now, it's time for the next step. While his striking skills were impressive, we are yet to see his grappling abilities, ensuring that any fight involving Veljko is bound to be exciting. He is a product of coach Savo Lazić's school, who will again be in his corner.

There have been many inquiries about when Budimir would join the FNC roster, with fans eagerly calling for his name. Now, he has the opportunity to prove himself against a peer from whom much is expected. In his professional career, Budimir boasts two victories, one by submission and the other by technical knockout, and he faces the challenge of his career. The event will take place on Saturday, July 13, in Borik Hall, and tickets are available through the Gigstix.ba system.
